Konexit Fleet Announces New Partnership with Residential Estates

We’re excited to share that Konexit Fleet has officially partnered with Residential Estates on a new bespoke data capture solution.

Residential Estates got in touch with us after identifying a gap in how data was being captured across their teams. With several teams working in different locations, they needed a solution that was flexible, easy to use, and designed specifically around how their people actually work, not a one-size-fits-all system.

After a number of in-depth discussions and planning sessions, we worked closely together to design and build a solution that met those needs. By taking the time to understand their processes, challenges, and goals, we were able to develop a tailored data capture system that supports consistency while still allowing teams in different locations to operate effectively.

The solution was successfully launched in early January and is already helping to improve visibility, streamline data collection, and support better decision-making across the business.

All records are stored securely in the cloud, making historical job cards easy to locate, while real-time feedback keeps teams connected in the field. An integrated analytics dashboard gives management clear visibility of performance, workload, and work measured across teams and locations.
