New Telematics System Boosts Efficiency for UK Fleet of Hybrid Toyota Yaris Vehicles

Delivering a 70 vehicle hybrid fleet solution as part of a major new UK contract win

Konexit Fleet has successfully delivered a bespoke telematics solution as part of a new UK fleet contract, supporting the rollout of 70 brand new hybrid Toyota Yaris vehicles.

This tailored solution was developed to meet their specific operational needs.

Our system provides real-time detection of impacts using G-force monitoring, triggering immediate notification of any significant incidents. In addition, we have introduced dynamic driver performance scoring, which allows senior management to adjust the weighting of different factors to suit their requirements and priorities.

Given that the fleet operates from multiple depots across the UK, the system also sends alerts based on the region each vehicle is currently in. This happens automatically without the requirement of manual group switching of devices, This ensures that the right teams receive timely notifications relevant to their area.

To further our offering and ensure the customer makes full use of the techonology and its data, we’ve built an API that feeds information directly into the customer’s systems. This helps them streamline their operations and make decisions based on live fleet data.
