| Device Not Returned Fee |
A charge will apply for each tracking device not returned to Konexit within 30 days following device termination. Termination includes, but is not limited to, contract expiry, rental agreement end, customer termination, or termination by Konexit. For rental agreements, all devices must be returned within 14 days of the termination notice. Failure to return any device within this period will result in a replacement charge of £40 + VAT per device. These charges will apply unless device ownership is explicitly stated in the contract as belonging to the customer. |
