Konexit Proud to Sponsor MachRun 2026. Over £9,400 Raised for Charity

This year’s MachRun 2026 was one to remember, and we at Konexit were thrilled to be the main sponsor of the event. The annual charity run brought together hundreds of incredible cars, thousands of spectators, and a shared passion for motoring, all while raising over £9,400 for charity.

200 Cars, One Epic Convoy
More than 200 vehicles took part this year, ranging from McLarens, Ferraris, and Porsches to rally-prepped Mk1 Escorts, Cosworths, classic Minis, tuk tuks, and everything in between. It was a true mix of performance, personality, and nostalgia, a petrolhead’s dream come to life.

The 50-mile convoy was an incredible sight, with thousands of people lining the route and packing out the start line to catch a glimpse (and a few revs) as the cars set off. From high-end supercars to quirky classics, every participant helped make the event something special.

Tech Behind the Thrill

As main sponsor, Konexit provided live tracking for the lead vehicle, allowing organisers to follow the convoy in real time. It was a small but important piece of tech that helped keep things safe, smooth, and connected

A Great Cause, Great Cars, Great Company

When all was said and done, the MachRun community raised over £9,400 for charity — a brilliant achievement and a testament to the effort and enthusiasm from everyone involved.

£3,000 for RNLI / £3,000 for Blood Bikes Wales / £3,000 for Aberdyfi Mountain Rescue / £400+ for Machynlleth Hospital Wards

We’re proud to have played our part in such a standout event and can’t wait to see what next year’s MachRun brings. If it’s anything like 2026, we’re in for another unforgettable ride.
