August 19, 2025Twelve months after Bounds Electrical Services adopted Konexit’s digital paperwork system, we checked in to see how the transition has been. With over 10,000 sheets of paper saved by going digital, we wanted to hear first hand how the move to Konexit Online has impacted their day-to-day operations.

How has your overall experience been?
Our overall experience with Konexit has been positive. The platform provides a centralized solution for managing essential tasks. It has streamlined several processes. The support team has also been responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance.
What has been your experience using the Konexit online mobile app – in terms of ease of use, functionality, and reliability?
The Konexit mobile app is user-friendly. Functions like logging time, requesting holidays, and completing vehicle checks are easy to navigate. Functionality-wise, it meets our needs, and updates have continued to improve its performance. In terms of reliability, we’ve had minimal downtime, and issues are resolved quickly if ever we have experienced them. In all honesty, since we moved over to Konexit we haven’t had a problem.
Can you share any specific ways Konexit has helped improve your business operations or growth?
Konexit has improved efficiency. Timesheet accuracy has improved thanks to real-time logging. Overall, the automation and consolidation Konexit offers have helped reduce administrative tasks.
