We have introduced an intelligent offline mode where the device safely retains your job information until it confirms a reliable connection to upload. It will continue to store the file until the network reception is resumed.

Yes, we have many customers using the system and only providing a one way access to their contractors. You can even separate the communication between your internal team and the contractors for data privacy

We introduced export via CSV and PDF to ensure that you can provide proof of job at the click of a button. *We are soon introducing email on completion which will become available at now extra cost.
