Konexit installs Access Control Telematics on the World’s Largest Scissor Lift
We’re incredibly proud to share that Konexit has been selected to install our access control and telematics solutions on a number of Dingli 3730HRTs—the world’s largest scissor lift, developed in partnership with Hire Safe Solutions. Reaching a jaw-dropping 37 metres, this groundbreaking platform is a true innovation in powered access, and we’re honoured to play a role in supporting its success.
Our system delivers a range of intelligent safety and control features:
Authorised immobilisation using unique operator PINs or swipe cards
PINs check operator competency before allowing machine access
Remote override capability to shut down machines instantly if needed
But that’s not all. A major part of the brief from Hire Safe and Dingli was the ability to provide real-time machine data via the onboard CANbus network. With Konexit Kontrol, we deliver just that—and more.
Operators and managers now have access to live data such as:
Fuel consumption and remaining levels
Battery health
Boom length, tilt, and angle
Cage weight
Full suite of real-time DTC codes for remote diagnostics and support
This not only improves site safety and operational efficiency, but gives Hire Safe Solutions and their clients peace of mind and total machine oversight.
